EVA processing products demand:

The rapid development of photovoltaic industry increases the demand for EVA products. The photovoltaic industry needs high-end materials and attaches more importance to the quality of materials than its price, so the price of EVA products is no longer the shackle of its development. With EVA products (vinyl acetate content of 30% - 33%) as the base material, supplemented by several modifiers, the hot-rolled film products of film-forming equipment are mainly used as packaging materials for the back plate of photovoltaic cells.

The product is a thermosetting hot melt adhesive film, which is heated in the process of photovoltaic cell packaging and produces cross-linking reaction. The cured adhesive film has high transmittance, adhesive strength, thermal stability, air tightness and aging resistance.

With the continuous development of photovoltaic industry and the increasing demand for high-quality EVA products, many LDPE manufacturers, especially those in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, have announced that part of the original LDPE devices will be switched to produce photovoltaic cell adhesive film EVA products.

Main uses of EVA materials

1、 Hot melt adhesive made of EVA material

The hot-melt adhesive with EVA resin as the main component is widely used in book binding, furniture edge sealing, automobile and home appliance assembly, shoemaking, carpet coating and metal anti-corrosion coating. The hot-melt adhesive mainly uses the vinyl acetate content in 25% - 40%.

2、 EVA material for shoes

Inner lining materials of skates and sneakers, sports insoles, slippers, leisure shoes, luggage back cushions, surfboards, kneeling pads, and base materials of high-grade foam tape products.

3、 EVA material in bags

Packing, home sealing gasket ring.

4、 EVA materials, sports and entertainment supplies

Sports equipment, toys, handicrafts, fishing gear, etc.

5、 EVA materials used in construction industry

Ice house, cold proof building, light roof, building installation and other building insulation materials.

6、 Other uses of EVA materials

EVA resin is also widely used in ink, bottle cover pad and other fields. It is estimated that the consumption of EVA resin in these areas is not less than 15000 tons.
