Good properties of high elastic EVA foam

Generally, high elastic foam is based on EVA and other rubber foaming materials to increase the rubber composition, add the elasticity of foam, tear strength and other aspects of performance.

1. Processability: no joint, and easy to process such as hot pressing, cutting, gluing and laminating (such as EVA handle, EVA packing box, EVA ball, etc.);

2. Corrosion resistance: resistant to seawater, grease, acid, alkali and other chemicals, antibacterial, non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free;

3. Anti vibration: high resilience and tension resistance, strong toughness, good shock / buffer performance (such as EVA foot pad, etc.);

4. Thermal insulation: excellent thermal insulation, cold insulation and low temperature performance, can withstand severe cold and exposure (such as EVA cup cover).

5. Water resistance: closed bubble structure, no water absorption, moisture-proof, good water resistance (such as EVA key chain, EVA floating plate);

6. Sound insulation: sealed bubble, good sound insulation effect.

EVA foam high elastic EVA foam

High elastic EVA foam has good properties. High elastic EVA foam is made of EVA raw materials, color masterbatch, foaming agent and so on. From different foaming point of view, there are environmental protection coarse hole EVA, ordinary EVA, food grade tasteless environmental protection EVA, fire-proof EVA and anti-static EVA foam.

EVA sheet can be made into EVA inner bracket, EVA pallet and EVA inner liner. In terms of hardness, there are ordinary EVA lining with hardness of 38 degrees, slightly hard point of 50 degrees, and then hard point of 70 degrees. In terms of performance, there are ordinary environmental protection EVA coil, fireproof EVA coil and anti-static EVA coil. In terms of color, there are black EVA foam, white EVA foam, color EVA foam, etc.

High elastic EVA foam has the advantages of good cushioning, anti-seismic, heat insulation, moisture-proof, chemical corrosion resistance, and non-toxic, non absorbent. It can be processed and shaped by design. Its shockproof performance is superior to polystyrene and other traditional foaming materials, and meets the requirements of environmental protection. It is the best choice for export products. Compared with shockproof packaging, it can be cut and shaped. It is mainly used in the automobile seat, automobile interior, roof, foot pad, sunshade material, electrical appliances, precision instruments, instruments and other electronic products shock proof and buffer packaging and other fields.
