Processing technology of EVA film

1. General transparency and color film: ★ cold vacuumizing for about 15 minutes →★ heating to 70 ℃, starting constant temperature vacuumizing for about 15 minutes, and then pumping air before the film is completely melted to avoid air bubbles formed in the glass →★ continuing heating up: ① if the temperature of glass surface is measured, it will rise to about 110 ℃; ② if the temperature of hot air is measured, it will rise to about 130 ℃ ★ constant temperature again: 5mm glass + 0.38 film + 5mm glass: ① constant temperature of single-layer double-layer glue furnace for about 20 minutes; ② constant temperature of double-layer double-layer glue furnace for about 30 minutes; ③ constant temperature of large box type glue furnace for about 60 minutes; ④ constant temperature time of thicker glass is longer; ⑤ constant temperature time of thicker film is longer; ⑥ constant temperature time of more than two layers of laminated glass in a silicone bag is longer →★ exit the furnace, stop the vacuum pump when the temperature drops below 50 ℃, take out the glass, and wait for 24 hours for the edge to be polished.


2. Non adhesive ultra transparent film: the glass surface temperature rises to 100-110 ℃, the hot air temperature rises to 120-125 ℃, other processing technology is the same as 1.

3. Glued high transparency film: the processing temperature should reach about 130 ℃ on the glass surface before gluing, the strength is strong, and the transparency is high, otherwise it will degumme. Other processing processes are the same as 1. Defects of glued high transparency film: ① high processing temperature, easy to shorten the service life of the silicone bag; ② poor temperature control or failure to meet the requirements, inadequate gluing reaction, easy to degumming and poor transparency; ③ too good fluidity after melting of the film, too much glue overflow at the edge, easy to appear bubbles or degumming.
