What is conductive EVA foam?

The main characteristics of conductive radiation crosslinked polyethylene foamed coil (also known as conductive foam, conductive foam plastics, etc.) are:

It has good permanent conductivity, with surface resistance of 103 Ω - 105 Ω, 104 Ω - 106 Ω and 107 Ω - 109 Ω;

It does not contain any corrosive substances and has no corrosion to components and packages;

Excellent performance of moisture-proof, shock absorption, sound insulation and heat insulation;

It has excellent heat and temperature resistance, and the product quality is not affected within the temperature range of - 40 ℃ ~ 80 ℃;

Excellent mechanical properties and long service life of products;

Good chemical stability, product does not decompose, no peculiar smell, no peeling, no chips, etc., strong corrosion resistance; EVA foam

The unit weight of the product is suitable and can be adjusted according to the requirements to meet the insertion and installation requirements of different components;

The thickness of coiled material is 4-8mm, the thickness of composite and planed products is 1-50mM, the width is generally within 1.3m, and the length of coiled material is generally 50-100m;

Radiation crosslinked polyethylene foam roll is a high-tech product. It has fine closed cell structure, smooth appearance, excellent resilience, high mechanical strength, excellent heat insulation and water-proof performance, excellent aging resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and can be used for composite, bonding, cutting and other secondary molding processing. It can also be endowed with flame retardancy, conductivity and so on.

Wrap conductive cloth on the flame retardant sponge. With good surface conductivity, length, width and height (L, W, h,) can be selected arbitrarily. It can be easily fixed on the device to be shielded with adhesive tape. There are different section shapes, installation methods, UL grades and shielding effectiveness of shielding materials available.

Characteristic

The surface impedance is less than or equal to 0.08 Ω, which can give play to the same excellent protection performance as metal. PU foam is used as core material, reducing surface pressure and excellent resilience. Because the gasket has smooth surface and rich soft conductive fiber, it is suitable for various shapes of interface. When it is installed in baskets and other objects, it is easier to stick than general adhesive stickers. The gasket can be used safely for the specifications that are difficult to burn.
