2 antistatic agent

Some products are required to have anti-static function, while EVA foam products themselves have strong static electricity, so some anti-static agents need to be added in the formula. Generally, the antistatic agent used for EVA is a mixture, and the detailed composition MS is very messy. At the moment, I can't make it clear. The dosage is 3% - 5%.

3 flame retardants

EVA carving foam products for some packaging materials may need flame retardant. It can properly increase the flame retardant in the formula to achieve the flame retardant effect. The commonly used flame retardants Mg (OH) 2 and Al (OH) 3 for plastics also have certain effect on EVA foam products. However, they are used in a large amount. We all use 12% - 20%. However, they are not very easy to use for products with high flame retardant requirements. Japan has a very ambitious product flame retardant, but not in line with the RoHS directive. So in a word, I don't have a very good way to deal with the high request of flame retardant.

4 quick ripening agent

EVA carving foaming process is the demand time. If we want to improve the daily output and reduce the consumption of goods, we can appropriately increase the ripening agent to shorten the demand time of foaming. Now the most common fast ripening agent on the market is TAIC, which should be exactly bridge building agent. It is true that the time can be shortened by adding appropriate TAIC, but with its participation, the scale of goods will be correspondingly reduced, and the time reduction effect is not very ambitious. I don't know in Fujian Province. Now there are several other quick ripening agents used in Guangdong Province. The increase is small and the effect of shortening is considerable. (whispering, this quick ripening agent is leaked by us.) L5 colorant foaming products are usually colored, so it is necessary to add colorant to the formula to color. EVA foam products can be toned with toner, color glue, of course, still with masterbatch. MS products can't use computer color matching, maybe it's because the color change before and after foaming is too big, and the computer can't die.
